Delivery and returns

We process orders placed before 21.45 CET the same day, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location within the EU. Returns of unopened items are accepted within 60 days of delivery, simply contact us for assistance.

Delivery times

Orders made before 21.45 CET are passed on to our warehouse and shipped the same day. Delivery times depend on the country you live in.  RANKED XP is shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Depending on how far you live from there, delivery can take from 1-10 business days.

Shipping destinations

At the moment, we only ship within the European Union. This means we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping costs depend on the country you live in. Shipping costs to countries closest to the Netherlands will generally be lowest. You will be able to see the shipping costs for your shipment at checkout.

We offer free shipping to:

• Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany for orders of 2 bottles or more.
• All other European countries for orders of 3 bottles or more.

Returning orders

If RANKED XP doesn’t seem to work for you, no worries, you can return your unopened bottles up to 60 days after delivery. If you want to return an order, get in touch with our team at [email protected] to get further instructions.
